The ACE Calibrator is a premium lyophilized preparation containing Angiotensin Converting Enzyme in a buffered human serum base. It is specifically designed for the precise calibration of bichromatic analyzers and other automated clinical instruments used for the kinetic determination of ACE activity.

Accurate calibration is vital for reliable diagnostic results, particularly for patients with active sarcoidosis, tuberculosis, leprosy, and other lung or liver pathologies where elevated ACE levels are indicated. Once reconstituted, the calibrator offers excellent stability, remaining viable for 7 days at 2-8ºC. The kit contains 6 vials of 1 mL each.
